This place is such a gem! It was spotless, close to everything, and had all the necessities, but it was the extra touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Dawn has thought of everything, from a new spare toothbrush should you have forgotten yours, to necessary beach gear. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Easy to make food in the kitchen especially breakfast

Beds are comfortable It may be time for an upgrade for the L couch in the living room if possible. Sinks in too much for older folks

Wife, myself and 2 grandkids stayed at this sweet little getaway. It was very clean, the rooms were spacious enough for the 4 of us. Absolutely loved the Riverview from the back deck. Dawn is a great host and responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen was perfect for us. It was very cold outside so we didn't do much walking, however, it's definitely walkable to Main Street and all that it has to offer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Other reviews talk about the Saloon across the street, but honestly, it was not a concern for us, even with kids. We never heard any noises or disruptions from over there!

We stayed here after Christmas 2025. It was very clean, and it was very well stocked with creature comforts that are missing from most vacation rentals - Keurig pods, coffee creamers, teas, laundry soap and dryer sheets, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, extra chargers and adapters, air fresheners, trash bags, etc. It is a true shotgun style home; each room is arranged one behind the other in a straight line. That means no doors between rooms but that wasn’t a problem at all for us. It’s clearly shown in pics and the description. We did hear the base from the bar across the street on one of the five nights we stayed but it, again, wasn’t a problem for us. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it was perfectly stocked for doing so if we had chosen to. This is a great rental that we will use again.

Great space. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We were there for New Year’s Eve so she left us some things to celebrate with. We appreciated the extra touch! Walkable to downtown.

Dawn was very welcoming. The house is excellent, has every amenities you could think about and more. All for cooking, for exploring the city. Communication is smooth. I highly recommend this gem and that's 100% rare case when house exceeds expectations. 1000% better than any hotel or apartment.

Awesome, cozy spot close to town and the river. Nice outdoor space to hang and across from a saloon for some easy entertainment (which didn’t cause any noise issues surprisingly). Comfy beds and a great experience! Would stay again.

Very cute house located within walking distance of many local bars, restaurants, shops! Dawn really made this feel like home! Bathroom extras were a plus for anything you may of forgotten! Very clean! Kitchen fully stocked & coffee area was a big plus!
The only piece that was something I wish we would’ve known was the fact the bedrooms do not have doors so if traveling with others may be a concern! We were fine with it & made it work!
Would definitely stay again!!
